The best way to go as a beginner is patrol bike + little bird, then invest in a Volt next. It's very important to always pay attention and hit the cargo ship when you need money, and little bird pays you back in dividends because of that. Get a escape bot too asap, that way you can hop in that or little bird regardless of which end of the map you're at when ship comes. With those you can buy all the other cars really fast. Most police give up chasing you on a patrol bike, it's a hassle for them because you can change directions too fast.

@@boxlid214dune buggy is also a good beginner investment beside patrol, its really underrated as well and its pretty overpowered when it comes to offroading
