For those that don't know, the Novi's leap attack can be animation cancelled. Once you've hit the target, just jump to avoid that vulnerable phase where you can't do anything.
I love the Novi, I think it’s such a great fit for this server. I always wanted to see fantasy creatures not just existing on PvP servers, but actually existing in an environment where they can hunt
Crimson tried to do this but the fantasy server flopped. I like this server because the game is fantasy-based enough. All the creatures in the game lived millions of years apart anyway so I see no problem adding fantasy creatures with dinosaurs
Not a bad video..but I’ll always believe that a realism/semi realism server is not that great, when you can use tail attack offensivally..cause it makes no sense and isn’t realistic. Neither is this “territory” challenge. But your playing style was pretty good. What button do you use to cancel the tackle animation?
Using the tail attack offensively to me doesn’t change semi-realism aspect of the game. There are many animals that will use their tails to fight in real life. The Novi seems like it would need to use its tail anyway. Thanks for your comment, I use the jump button to cancel the slide animation 👍🏼
@@xXxSuppaKidxXx I mean. In a way. Kinda. But not to the extent you did. But it is my opinion and not a bad video. Less tail swiping and learning how to combat without using it would have been more helpful, trying to learn to play novi again. Ooh, interesting, thanks!
@xXxSuppaKidxXx Yeah, sachis are hilariously good at maneuvering around its target, not to mention it's bonebreak is slient, has spinos health, and rex's damage
The novi is the only fictional creature that I am okay with on a server. This is due to the fact that it isn’t all that outlandish, it is something that would be an effective predator that could evolve on a distant planet. Sure sometimes novi players are a little weird but it’s a good mod. I however heavily dislike the dracoviper and the others.
That’s how I feel about the Novi too. Which is why I felt it deserved to exist in a realism environment rather than just on PvP servers. And I like the Draco too ! I think dragons are totally feasible to live alongside dinosaurs
@@xXxSuppaKidxXx dragons don’t follow the laws of physics. An animal of that size would have to have wings in different shapes. It doesn’t make sense for it to evolve without hollow bones.

It’s not any different than a T-Rex living alongside an Allosaurus 🤷🏼♂️ if we’re gonna allow all sorts of prehistoric creatures why not spice things up with dragons and other fantasy creatures ? I like this ecosystem we have and don’t plan to remove dragons right now
