yeah, except it won't. there's been a bunch of neat storytelling stuff throughout this game but it ultimately all gets hampered by the fact that the game must go on, they can't and won't remove a character. so this storyline can't really go anywhere unless they do something like rev "dies" but the bodies are still just chilling around in the games? idk.

Revenant is the best, most important character of this game. He had his data leaked, the dev team pulled an entire misdirection campaign to reveal him, he was the focus of the 4th season, he was strongly featured in 5th, he had an entire rebirth in another season dedicated solely to him in 18th and the only story thread this game follows revolves around him.

This is so powerful. Loba gets scared when coming face to face with Revenant for the first time. This is the first time she has ran out of tricks to pull towards him. She's losing her grip on everything she's been known for. Knowing she'll have a prestige skin, I can't wait to see how she rebounds.

Tl;dr Le revenge bad I don't even think there is a right nor wrong here mate, rev killed her parents, she wants him to suffer, she's destroying her life doing it, so now she has to decide wether to actually give in and allow the past to be in the past and assist in killing revenant, or never improve and keep trying to sabotage revenant's death. Of course killing revenant would be good for everyone, but can she allow herself to give up everything she's done up until now? Its just another revenge = le bad storyline.

Not true. Respawn can change the game however they like, if they were to take out legends they would most likely replace them with something better or different. Other games have done the same thing by dynamically shifting the game environments into new areas of focus.

It just wouldn't be in their best interests to do so.

That’s what happens when you devote your entire life to getting revenge on someone. Everything takes a backseat to the goal of vengeance, even happiness. That’s why I love that Valk is trying to snap her out of it, because Valk realized that if she got revenge on Blisk, then that’d be the end of her story, and she wanted her life to be more than just a miserable obsession with someone else.

I’m surprised that Revenant, out of all legends, would help Loba let go, but it makes sense. Revenant is tired of being in control by Hammond + Duardo, but the only person that’s stopping him is Loba. Hammond robotics is one of the biggest problems on the frontier however they also provide alot of the tech that is used especially military tech like Titans, spectors, and stalkers. its even more interesting as Titans were originally for farming and construction.

@@somedestinyfanyaknow3703 tbh no point in explaining this to these people, they don't see the character's point they only think "haha loba dumb cause illogical thing" without even giving it a second thought (like WHY does she act illogical in the first place? and stuff), they don't care that a character ruining their life over a wish for revenge is the whole point of said character :(

Trauma or not she chose the path of revenge and she’s choosing to self destruct her life by not avenging her parents by simply killing Rev when she has had several chances. You think her parents want her to be on a path of revenge and see their daughter destroying herself like this?

kinda feel bad for revenant. he just wants it to end yet loba is destroying her life trying to stop revenant from attaining peace. guess we will have to see, since it seems hes talking to loba more and if anyone would get her to listen it would be him. also hes only the hitman, who was already being controlled and that glass piece in his neck is what set him free

I think I can guess what will happen… eventually they succeed in destroying the head… only for there to be new AI version of the head to be used instead of the organic one… they can’t just get rid of Rev after all…
