APEX LONGBOW or SENTINEL.exe 

Why choose Sentinel or Longbow when you can shake hands and agree “Screw the Charge Rifle.” And of course Kraber is in a league of it’s own, and just sits up on it’s pedestal chuckling over the sniper rifle fight as it sips its drink.

I absolutely love the longbow but with the helmet buff, sentinel is better. Longbow can take on people at closer ranges easier but sentinel does more damage, has amped shots, and a hop-up to increase fire rate. So recently I’ve been using the sentinel more.

I think the longbow is a lot more forgiving. You can really punish with that fire rate when someone is overexposed. But the sentinel is my fave because it's just so damn satisfying when you connect.

For me, I love the Longbow. The faster rate of fire and the larger magazine fits better with how I play. However, the Sentinel of course hits harder and, in my opinion, simply by using it more often, you train yourself to have a steadier shot. At the end of the day, they’re both great Snipers. The one that’s better, is the one that you, the individual, finds a better feel with. That’s my two cents anyways.

These twitch channel promos are actually pretty entertaining, there was a debate between two weapons in the background i think but the twitch promo was the star of the show. 10/10 would recommend watching

I love both. I do give it to the longbow though, since inventory management with having enough cells for your sentinel can be a pain in the rear. Those same cells are used for healing, so sometimes you amp up and get tapped right back and suddenly you don't have enough heals to continue the fight.

I like the faster followup with the longbow, plus dont have to use heals to get to max potential. still pick up a sentinel if I'm feeling snipe-y but dont have a longbow or charge near

I go back and forth, though with the new season about to drop and skullpiercer about to get added back to the longbow. Add on at least my own plans of using Vantage a lot and longbow is going to likely be my preferred choice between the two. The biggest thing the sentinel has going for it is that it kinda puts you in a different frame of mind for ammo and make you try to guarantee your shots, which for me means I carry less ammo. For longbow, because I have that sort of forgiveness of not hitting because I can follow up shots quickly enough I tend to burn through ammo much more. Its not uncommon for me to want 4-5 stacks of sniper if holding a longbow, vs 2-3 with a sentinel.

i'd pick the sentinel, the faster shooting is great and all but usually i do 1-2 sniper shots and then crouch back in cover (for long range), so i'd rather have the sentinel which packs more of a punch per shot

With either gun it's terrifying to be running then suddenly be hit with either 70 damage or 50 without knowing where the shot came from

this is just a semi auto sniper vs a bolt action, semi auto is always about less damage but quicker fire and the bolt action is slower but it hits way harder so its all personal preference to which you prefer, faster fire or harder hits

I simply like using the sentinel for its reload animation, shoot, eject bullet, shoot. It is satisfying, to do and listen after cracking enemy shields.

It’s a hard one bro. Me and a few guys tested them and although the sentinel gives juicier shots with shield cells and hits harder, the longbow has less bullet drop, a higher fire rate, juicy iron sights, and is cheaper in arenas

I used to use the Longbow exclusively, but prefer to use the Sentinal nowadays because its has a better feeling when landing a shot.

I enjoy playing both of the snipers as each of them have their own strengths and weaknesses, but im more likely to pick up a longbow before a sentinel

I love the Sentinel more than the longbow , but because the sentinel is in crafting rotation I have to use the longbow this season much more often than usual

I think that the sentinel is a better overall experience as a sniper, but if you want a marskman rifle with some good power longbow is your choice, the thing about apex though is that it is not built to favor a sniping playstyle at all, and I say that as someone who tries to desperately make a sniper work in every fps game for the thrill of it, so if you really want the most out of a sniper, pick sentinel, because if you go longbow you might as well go straight to flatline if you want better fire rate
