Once the customer signs the document through apextool kit [Note: the envelope is not being initiated from salesforce], I need Salesforce to save a copy of it to the object in salesforce. Is it Possible ?
Hi Sindhuri! This function is possible but it requires changes in the way the envelope is created. If you can control the way the envelope is created, then you will need to create custom fields to enable this. If you can't influence the way the envelope is created then this function is not possible.
