Since Prussia call Germany ,,West"... Prussia could symbolized the East-Side of Germany and Germany the west-side .... And...since Germany is united...again.... Doesn't that mean that Germany and Prussia...married each other... (I mean...i ship it...but...other people...don't like it...so much.....) Edit: Also, it exists a micronation called ,,Prussia" (or something like that... well it has Prussia in the name) in Canada. So Prussia could be the personification of this micronation. Probably he won't know who he once was (this also could be why Germany and HRE looks similar, Germany was once the personification of HRE...), but Germany or maybe Spain/France (his best friends) will know who he was. Actually, it's a nice theory... I will write a fanfiction about XD
