ho no.. I own Maruti Baleno Delta petrol, I never had a situation like this. Once I have left it for 2 months in parking but when I came back from my work location and the vehicle was just started without any issues. My questions is why we have to pay hefty amount around 25 lakhs and the battery life is like only for 2 years, and this is not the worth for paying that much money. I normally change my battery on every 5 years. Mahindra should have given a larger capacity batteries, as it has lots of sensors in the car.
The battery issue will still persist after the new battery . I replaced my battery in January 2024. It still dies if i dont use the car for more than 8-10 days. Showed the car to Mahindra Dealership (Chandigarh) , got a all clear from them as well . No issues detected. They said this is normal with XUV 700. I purchased battery jumper cables and keep it permanently in my car. Please let me know if you find a solution .
Also you have to run this car at least once in three days. Reason is this car has lot of sensors and don’t know why Mahindra has given low capacity battery Where as xuv 500 has larger capacity battery
Hi I took face the Same battery drain issue Mahindra at first replaced the battery after continues use for 15 days my engine start stop ESS was not working took the car back to Mahindra finally came to low that Mahindra has released new BMW sensor to resolve issue of battery drain. Get it replaced form mahindra
Did replacing the sensor fix the issue permanently ? Also which sensor ? Can you please provide some more details . Mahindra dealership didnt understand BMW sensor when i talked to them .
