I think it's the door access system getting re connected. Turns off when the fire alarm goes off to open the door.

aye it was going to be fitted but never came to plan haven't took the batteries out yet.

i've got this board connected that you can upload a sound that loops. power is applied to that when the alarm goes off via a i/o unit.
