Divine Help is for the PURE hearted. For our fast to be accepted by God we must (1) make sure we have NO bitterness, anger and un -forgivenese in our hearts. (2) if you have wronged anyone ask for forgiveness ASAP , you can even send a text to apologize. Satan may not succeed in stopping us from fasting but he can succeed in making the fast a useless fast. Shalom x
