As a christian, you need to know the difference when a man is representing God and when he is a man with infirmities. I also thank u for pointing out these things. It makes us know also that men of God too are men. But in all, lets not cause division in the body. and also pray for them instead of saying things. If u truly love God and the men whom He has been using, u will pray that they don't fall instead of shooting arrows around.

God is very much interested in the kind of people we associate with. I remember I met a man of God and that same night the Lord visited me after prayer and told me to be careful of that man bcos he has a questionable character, immediately I stayed off. It is the word of God that says friendship with the world is enmity against God. Michael Orokpo is already falling into errors as that brother advices him, but he has refused to take heed to counsel. No matter how anointed you are, you are fallible o! 1Cor.10.12 - Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.... even Jesus Christ asked us to take heed and the word take heed, means be careful o! It is well, bcos the scriptures are very clear.

I don't think Apst. Arome was referring to Apst. Michael Orokpo..... Reason is, it was Apst. Michael Orokpo that introduced Apst. Arome during this program.

What is important is praying for servants of God. Paul says pray for me... Let us pray for each other. Man is not immune from error

I only have one question to ask, this video in what way is it edifying the body of Christ, and bringing glory to God?

My problem with these minsters is why must they come to the pulpit to correct and call out each other all in the name of correction? If you call people aside and advise them is it wrong?when did we get here..?

My take is, Apostle Arome was truthful speaking is heart, I know that he cannot curse him, it's not in his nature to do so. As for the spiritual covering, it's very important, the devil is real, there are devil's you cannot fight alone, I'm talking out of experience, Apostle Arome is a sound man of God, and I would be glad to have him as my cover. As for Orokpo, to keep up the pace, he will need to burn more fuel, something he wouldn't have to do if he was under Arome. I pray for both ministers, that the peace of our Lord Jesus may abide.

They are both very good.The devil is trying to cause confusion.The younger one needs to deal with pride but it doesn't mean he's completely bad it might be the devil playing with his ego .

Am from Kenya and we know Apostle Arome Osayi as a prophet and a father who raises mighty men like Apostle Michael orokpo. Kindly note at first I came to know Apst. Orokpo through an invitation he got to preach to one of the man of God Pst.Oracle of deliverance church Nakuru and guess what after I started following him the spirit of the Lord introduced me to Apst. Arome n ever since that am now listening more of Arome than of Orokpo.

This is father and son misunderstanding. Except that state that "l can kill him" was an extreme statement. They are both sons and Apostles of God. Let them sheath the sword of anger and allow love reign.

Well, I'm not sure who Apst. Arome was referring to, but I can say he might literally not mean to end his Life. The late Bishop Idahosa once had closely same ish with the ArchBishop Duncan but was resolved. We are all humans and have our excesses.

It's not everyone that can face the facts about spiritual things. Some people rather not ask questions or look at things critically. The balance of knowledge comes from the ability to look at matters without emotions or sentiments.

With this new wave of Pentecostalism, evidenced by the raising of fiery and young ministers of the gospel, what is happening here focused is expected. Jesus raised the disciples and one of them had his mind made up 'by association'. My prayer that may this new wave of the Spirit in the lives of these young ministers of the gospel not lead to the falling away of many who focus more on popularity and relevance by association instead on the message of the Great Messenger. So much focus on their personal individual strides in the spirit - length of fasting, prayer, revelations - instead of rightly dividing the word of truth. My personal conviction is that Michael Orokpo isn't the man Arome Osayi is talking about in his message. Osayi has many sons. It is difficult to conclude. No there is no rift between Osayi and Orokpo. Real fathers have rod given to them of God.Paul said do you want me to come in the spirit of meekness or with a rod. Osayi is aware of this scriptural knowledge, that was why he was caught between two opinion. He was tempted to use his rod to deal with that son of his but he didn't allow the temptation to overcome him. Emotionally he was hurt because of his trust was betrayed. And his labor was sabotaged through the carnality his son allowed. That is the devil's devices in display. Though there are abuses of spiritual father syndrome in the Church. Those who have not reached the stage of fatherhood proclaim themselves so. Just because you can preach, have Bible knowledge and zealous of good works,and got some encounters, which some come to acknowledged. They start professing themselves to be father's. And call others sons. Though being a father is not determined by natural age. Yet a growing spiritual experience developing from continuous victory over Self life, Sinfulness, Worldliness, Satanism, Deaths and Creation with the weapon of revealed truth of God's word in your heart, that is renewing the carnal mind to behold the person of Christ Jesus , being transformed from one glory of His likeness to another will take at least a decade, and truly two decades before you can profess to be a father. God will grant His people spiritual understanding in all things in Jesus name Son is my son in Christ if he has attained the maturity of being an heir. No real father will give his estate to a child, just because he was born by himself. But when your boy/ girl has grown to become a son , worthy of an inheritance, he doesn't need control again. He is not a toddler any more. What he needs now from you as a father is experience to enable him have righteous judgement about issues of life.

Scattered across the media are videos of Apostle Orokpo saying with his own mouth how that Arome Osayi raised him in ministry, Now I'm checking - When Apst. Orokpo dedicated his ministry, I personally tuned in so that I can watch Apostle Arome pour blessings on him, to my utter surprise I didn't see Arome - the final straw was when I saw Dr. Paul Enenche dedicating Apostle Orokpo's son Now, if Orokpo is still under apostle Arome, I sincerely want to believe that the 2 occasions above are supposed to be Apostle Arome's activities to handle, if Orokpo still sees him as a father I'm basically saying Apostle Osayi's clip holds the true perspective to this issue.

We don't own God's people even if we brought them up spiritually; this is what I consider as maturity in understanding God and not his refrains to kill or destroy the person. Good job, BRG Unfortunately, many may not see the truths in what you’re doing with these videos. Have you observed that the new trend among our preachers nowadays is: “focus on man and not God?” Note, this is not about judging but observing the reality; most of these Pentecostal pastors particularly the new generation ones subtly shift the gospel focus to themselves and not to Jesus or God. Sadly, their followers are ignorantly culpable in these sinful acts by helping them spread these man-centered gospel to go viral!! For instance, both preachers’ (Apostle Osayi and Apostle Orokpo ) in this case focused on themselves and not on Jesus in their messages. This is not peculiar to them because they're taking cue from the senior ones (fathers of faith). It is so bad that their members no longer share the good news of Christ but only interested in cutting, editing and sharing part of church service where the preachers talk about themselves, spouses, their mentors, or accomplishments rather than where the focus is on God. I recall Archbishop Idahosa (then Pastor Idahosa) introduced this trend into Christianity in the early 80s. Prior to this, a leading Pastor and missionary, Pa Sydney Elton who since the 70s had been mentoring most of our Pentecostal pastors who later became fathers of faith warned them against going to America for biblical training lest they become corrupt. Of course, they did not listen as they all took turn after Reverend Idahosa to travel to the US particularly Tulsa Oklahoma to study under TL Osborne, Oral Robert, Kenneth Haggins & co where they learnt preacher-centered gospel under the guise of prosperity gospel with focus/attention on the preacher with little or no reference to God! It was at this period that some phony spiritual buzz words like "tapping the anointing", "slaying in the spirit", impartation, "graces" etc found their ways into the biblical lexicon. This explains why you see headlines/captions like “what pastor Nicodemus said about Apostle Barnabas”, “What Papa Robert did to uplift Pastor Jeroboam”, “how Apostle Judas spoke in tongues for 30 hours”, "How to honor your spiritual father" or “What Bishop Adams said about Apostle Desmond” and all those men-focused headlines we see on viral videos or messages! Hardly will you see viral video of messages of salvation, holiness, respect for rule of law, transparency dignity in labor etc! We should all beware of any minster of God whose message/gospel focuses on the preacher, their mentors, mundane and ephemeral accomplishments because Heb 12:2 says let us focus our attention on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith….. Dear BRG, There's nothing wrong with starting once ministry if God really called one for that. However, your father remains your father to be respected no matter how great you become. Spiritual Parenting is highly sacrificial and is inevitable in the spiritual walk. We all get impacted and helped by some mentor(s). Yes, a good father would not curse his loved child no matter what, but it hurts when your loved child/disciple separates in a 'violent'/unruly way like a prodigal son, denying your mentorship and painting you otherwise outside there. It takes Chrislike grace to bear it, let go and keep praying for such child. May the Lord please give this to Apostle Arome now. Apostle Okporo will not know how it hurts until such happens to him. He should try to make peace with Arome rather than answering word for words. We meet to part and part to meet. Grace to all.

The video you played was a program in Ghana, please do your findings properly before you post certain videos. It's well, but looking at the statement of Apst. Arome he talked wisely. You asked if the speech was spiritual or physical, the point we need to understand is that he is a man and a man is bound to show expression of hurt when he's hurt. Both of them are good. Sir, George don't mind those defending what they don't know as I watch the analysis I don't defend anyone because if God should allow any of those defending the so-called father in the lord to see the secret of some of the so-called fathers they will stop going to church at all because of that. My own is that everybody should bear a witness of his own. Kudos. My greatest joy is that Jesus knows his own, and that no matter what, men are still raising on the wings of purity. Our major problem in this generation is that we are full of information about God but have little or no consecration. I'll keep saying well-done work.

Fatherhood makes the man of God or mentor the topic but discipleship makes Christ the subject. Continue teaching your followers more about how to honor you and they will still disgrace you. But if you teach them Christ and how to selflessly live for Him, they will always respect you.
