Example like a login page, forgot password, Listing products page with pagination etc. For that you have to spend time in knowing what you are going to implement. Write them step by step and start implementing code step by step. First it will be little bit difficult but when you break your tasks into sub tasks and implement them you will find it easy. Try this out.

Then you need to use java for backend development and need to create resume builder in angular or react in front-end. You can then convert the front-end code to android app if needed with ionic or pwa or cordova.

Java service need to store data in database. So you have to host your Java service in a server that r cloud like aws. The online server will have MySQL database usually. So you can use it. If aws then you can use RDS to create your database. Hope you got the answer

Yes. Go for flutter or react native. For your interest you can learn it. But when you finish degree and come out the job market will not remain the same as it is around 5 years from now. Also consider learning python and then AI with python.
