Prayers for Bon Voyage and her husband. Also God bless Fresh Grounds for what he does. Amazing how things work out. We were looking for someone to watch our house and pets while we hike this year and just so happened we have friends that are missionaries in Kenya. Us being gone gives them a place to live while they are home.

Hello not to tech savvy but I do know how to tune in to you every Sunday. I wanted to let you know my son Zeb is hiking the AT this year he is 21 no trail name yet. As a father I’m a little concerned, for he just entered the smokies this morning ,he is hiking alone. He started Friday feb 2 at springer.He don’t have a utube channel, but I will let you know his status

Thanks Ramdino , always a must watch. My trail name is Texoma and I’m planning on a flip flop this year . I hiked over 700 miles last year before an injury took me off trail. So I’m giving it a second shot. Keep up the good work.

I've found mixing the chocolate varieties of LMNT with hot water makes a rich, tasty drink on its own, even without mixing with coffee or hot cocoa.

Hello Ramdino just giving you an update on my boy Zeb. He made it to the halfway point and was able to hitch a ride into catlinburg for the night to get things dried out. According to him Monday night the temps plummeted and went from heavy rain to blizzard conditions. He said he never experienced such quick change in temps and ferocious winds. Tomorrow he heads back out for the second half. He said the smokies are no joke.

@@Ramdinohikes just updating you on my son Zeb. After drying out a night in gatlinburg, the next morning he was dropped back off on trail. Spent one night at pecks corner then to standing bear now over max patch. He is now beyond that having the time of his life. His mother and I hear from him about every other day.

I’m having to push my thru to 2025, my Dad had a serious stroke and after 3 weeks is still in the hospital so it’s not the time to be gone for 4-6 months. I still plan to do a LASH when he’s more stable and recovering well. I’ll be posting on my channel soon to let my subscribers know, but my heart is with all the 2024 hikers and I’ll be back to start my NOBO this time next year ❤

I wish FanDuel would make a Appalachian Trail Full hike betting area....... half the people Ive saw making full hike announcements are not mentally or physically ready. If you can hardly walk around in life without a pack full of gear and food you probably not making it 2200 miles. It sucks these people think of no one but their self's, put everyone at risk around them and when something does happen now you put life on the line for rescue workers.
