Snooch tv you will love this hike! The boots are at Neel Gap which is a great place to stop after you hike Blood Mountain and is right on the Appalachian Trail.
Those bradenburg steps to the byron reese trailhead parking lot was the most challenging, amazing rocks and boulders i seen from woody gap to the byron reese parking trailhead.
@@MetroOnTheMove unfortunately i had to do it at night. Then i took like 180 and 60 roads back to my car at woody gap with no bear canisters. I miss the memo. 25 miles i hike from 5 30 ish pm till 7 am. I stopped off and slept on a picnic table off wolfpen gap road. Lol..
Michael Brozino this was a great sunrise hike. We arrived at the trailhead at 7 am and there was light foot traffic out there. Definitely take the Freeman Trail on this hike.
There was a water source at the Bryon Reece Trailhead, and another past blood mountain going SOBO by the slaughter creek trail and then a few others on the freeman trail. Always check local resources before heading out if you don’t want to carry water.
