12 years ho gaye takseem dubara hui hai..sdm ke pass pending hai three years se behas par hai dusri party delay karvana chahti hai hum delhi rehte hai.pls advice us

Dear sir, my father aged 84 years got her share of agriculture land through partition case on 28/3/14.we are residing in Delhi. Then after a gape of 3 years in 2017 when we were trying to built house in our piece of land our relative objected and said the partition was wrong I will appeal the judgement. And he filed appeal in SDM rural court with condonation of delay. Then after whenever we reach our land he harress my father in the name of appeal. The appeal of the above said person pending in sdm court. You are requested guide me what to do. I have computerised jamabandi in the name of my father. Also all relevent documents pertaining to partition. Even the copy of attendance of above person in naib tehsildar s court. In conclusion can you tell who got justice.

If there is an appeal,then no tension. But if there is an appeal with Stay order ,then you can't built home. Wait for the decision of SDM Court. If the decision is not in your favour then you go to collector for an appeal of sdm decision.
