- egg (beaten)
- salt and pepper
- breadcrumbs
- black sesame
CHICKEN MEATBALLS

- 400g minced chicken (I used boneless thighs)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 slices (70g) of bread soaked in water and squeezed well
- 40g breadcrumbs
🔥 180°C
⏰ 30 minutes
PEPPERS WITH CHEESE

- green pepper
- cream cheese (I used Almette)
- salt and pepper
- black olives
- parsley
RUSSIAN SALAD IN A GLASS

- 3 carrots (boiled)
- 3 potatoes (boiled)
- 3 eggs (boiled)
- 1 beetroot (boiled)
- 180g Smoked mackerel
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (homemade)
- salt and pepper
CAPRESE SALAD

- tomatoes
- mozzarella
- dried basil (optional: fresh basil)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil (optional)
VOL-AU-VENT WITH EGGPLANT

- vol-au-vent (puff pastry)
- baked eggplants

- soybean sprouts (decoration, optional)
