যদি ক্যামেরার সামনে কথা বলতে কেউ রাজি না হয় তাহলে প্রথমেই সেই protocol টা দেখতে চাওয়া উচিত। এরপর যদি বলে আমার অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি রেকর্ড করছেন কিভাবে তাহলে পাল্টা যুক্তি দেওয়া উচিত, সিসিটিভি তে আমার ছবি তোলার অধিকার আপনাকে কে দিয়েছে? আজ যদি apple store থেকে কিছু কিনতে যাওয়া হতো লাফিয়ে লাফিয়ে ওরা কথা বলতো ক্যামেরার সামনে। সুতরাং এটা চালাকি ছাড়া কিছুই না

ঐটা এপেলের অফিসিয়াল স্টোর বা সার্ভিস সেন্টার কোনটিই না। সেই থার্ট পার্টি স্টোরকে শুধু এপেল অধিকার(Authorize) দিয়েছে এপেলের প্রোডাক্টগুলো বিক্রি করার জন্য। এপেল আসলে ঐ স্টোরটির দায়িত্বে নেই। এপেলের উচিত তাদের কাছ থেকে authority নিয়ে নেওয়া।

আপনাদের একটা tricks শিখিয়ে দেই, ভীষন effective. ওদের বলবেন যে আপনি যেমন আমার ক্ষতি করলেন আমিও ঠিক সেই ভাবে আপনাদের ব্যাবসার ক্ষতি করে দেবো। আমি আপনার দোকানের বাইরে খানিকটা তফাতে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকবো আর যখন ই কোনোও customer কে ঢুকতে দেখবো তাকে বলব যাবেন না এরা লোক ঠকায়। এটা বললেই দেখবেন গুটিয়ে যাবে কারন ওদেরও তো চাকরি করে খেতে হয় আর একদিনের business down হয়ে গেলে ওদের চাকরি নিয়ে টানাটানি পড়ে যাবে।

Very good initiative and congratulations for showing the guts to expose these bunch of creeps. They think by wearing embosed tshirts or using logo they qualify to be a part of the brand which was blessed by Neeb Karori Baba. These buch of filth should be exposed and both you could have read the address of the service centre. These filth have crossed all limits by saying "beron" (get out). Each and everybody should be tagged on social media along with apple. Tweet this video with English subtitles or voice over. Disgrace!

Once I was a fan of Apple but gradually I found out that Apple is all about cutting customer's pocket. After that I do not feel any affection to Apple products. They intentionally kept their product separate just make people obliged to them. The charging port was a prime example of that. Thanks to EU to force Apple to integrate type C port. Apple is even bringing technologies which will make third party repair impossible. Other brands are flourishing a lot nowadays in both software and chip and that is why Apple's monopoly will end soon.

Actually as per Apple worldwide policy the authorised service centres are not allowed to Repair but to change the fault item. Yes this is a big drawback of Apple policy… but thank god we are in India where any Apple products can be repaired.. otherwise in other countries you have to shed big bucks!!

যতো প্রকার ইলেকট্রনিক আর্ electrical প্রোডাক্ট ভারতে বিক্রি হয় including computers, এদের কেউই কোয়ালিফায়েড engineer recruit করে না, unqualified হাতুড়ে mechanic দিয়ে ম্যানেজ করার চেষ্টা করে, অথচ এরা সার্ভিসিং এর জন্য ভালো amount কোম্পানির কাছ থেকে পায়। আমার অভিজ্ঞতা একটি motorola smartphone সেটাও যা চেয়ে ছিল, সেটা নতুন ফোনের সমান দাম। লাখ লাখ কাস্টমারকে এরা সারা বছর ধরে চিটিং করে, আমরা বেকুব বনে যাই যখন কোম্পানির সার্ভিসিং সেন্টারে যাই।

Go to your nearest Consumer forum and file a case against Apple Service center or Apple company with help of consumer forum office. Obviously will get result positive earlier. I am also suffering that type problems.
