If your iPhone is not passcode lock then someone tries to reset the password then you can try to reset your apple id might be in a locked state so you can try after 3-4 days later.

I did everything I tried unlocking it said it sent a mail to me but it didn’t my mail keeps saying “ cannot get mail no password provided for mail . And it every time I put in my security answers it says it’s wrong and nothing is working

Same. In case like that. Sad to say we can no longer access our account. Apple cannot help us. Because only us can unlocked it. They dont help. How can we access if both options are not working right. So stupid

The only way is to factory reset. Darn it i cant even logout because find my iphone is still turn on. Opi cant turn it off it required password. Password is workong but account is locked. So fcking stupid of them

hello dude, thanks for your video, but perso i can't unlock my id because my brother created this account something like 10 years ago and we don't remember the answers of the security questions... And when choose "send by email" i don't receive the emails because i believe the address mail is also locked as it's the same id...
