By now you know, I love apple pies in all sauces! If I then add apricot jam to the apples, it's the plus ultra! I melt like snow in the sun! 😂 I can't resist, the scent that fills the house already smells like Comfort food, if I taste it next to the fireplace I won't tell you... it's the height of comfort!

The pastry is my favourite, made with oil, lighter and softer, it blends with the creamy filling, the apples cut into small pieces melt and blend with the jam... delicious! I highly recommend it!

📝 Shortcrust Pastry Ingredients:
2 eggs
90 g Sugar
70 g seed oil
300 g 00 flour (approximately)
8 g Instant yeast for cakes
1 Lemon
📝For the filling:
2 Apples
Cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons Sugar
Apricot jam
