Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips! 

I love this “old” recipe. It’s a pampered Chef recipe and I have been making it for YEARS! It’s perfect for parties, BBQs, and just to keep in your fridge for the day! It’s so light and refreshing- I know you will love it! It’s easily doubled for larger group!
APPLE BERRY SALSA
👉Ingredients
1 medium Granny Smith or Pink Lady Apple
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 SMALL orange, juiced and zested
1 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon apple jelly
👉Instructions
SALSA: Peel, core, and slice apples. Chop apples, strawberries & kiwi with food chopper. Place chopped fruit in 1 quart bowl. Zest orange and juice. Add orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar and apple jelly to fruit mixture, mix gently. Chill fruit mixture.
CINNAMON CHIPS: 4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray tortillas with water or cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in shaker; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges Place in single layer baking sheet.
