Ok I'm literally making this right now and just took my apple filling out of the fridge .... I couldn't wait a few hours to cool them naturally. Anyways, you say (and write) to stretch the dough to 40" x 60".... that's like 3'x5' feet, that can't be right. That silicon mat youre stretching the dough on can't possibly be that big either... I'm sure you're not going to see this in time, so I'll let you know what dimensions I settled on. I don't even have a table top that's that big. ... The floor maybe? Lol.
