It will depend on the seller, there are different versions. I just got a leather black for the 15 pro and compared with the leather case I got original for my old 12 PM… looking they are identical, you only really see differences if you stare are micro details and still, the Ali one is real leather, metal buttons, the cuts are exactly like the original, even the box looks 95% original. I wish I saved my money cause the Ali one was 12 bucks and the original 50. I always check the photos from the people that received and posted the photos.

From what I can see this is the material they’re all going to use as it’s probably too expensive for the clones to use the same as Apple.

Clones to me seemed a tad higher so have more of a lip from what I can recall, as you can imagine I’ve not used any of those cases again since that video. I have however used the genuine one daily since and will post an update video as it’s held up surprisingly well considering it’s been used in a manufacturing environment for my day job.

I can’t see how they could affect anything to do with either, most of the time the animation on clone cases end up stop working after a while anyway.

This was over a year ago, I’m sure they’ve changed since I made the video 🤷🏽‍♂️ Also fine woven is pretty much finished and Aliexpress has mostly gone back to leather cases from what I could see.

I’ve never liked the silicone cases because of the lint they attract, they weren’t there best quality a few years back but they may have improved a little since

Unfortunately not, pretty sure the button alignment is different and the camera housing will be different as well. There’s plenty of other options for for cases, have a search on my channel as I’ve done a few reviews myself for alternatives.

If you want fine woven I suggest just getting the iron gal, copies aren’t worth it. They hold up quite well over time (genuine) I use it when I’m at work and it still looks fine, when I’m not at work I don’t use a case on my phone.

I don’t like the silicone cases as they attract too much lint and wear out far too quickly.

Seller removed the products and I really don’t suggest you buy the clones. Just do a search for fine woven if you really want to buy them as links are always changing.

For the older generations they were using silicone or leather and they could copy them somewhat closely. This new finewoven material is like a plastic yarn when looked at under a microscope and I don’t think the clones will ever copy that, they’ll just use a fake suede which looks and feels awful. As for the backgrounds I just get them from a telegram group: t.me/swadt

Do a search, links get removed all the time. I really wouldn’t recommend the fake cases though.

I don’t order silicone cases anymore as the quality on the clones (the material used) is too grabby and lint magnet. Generally the quality of the clones has never been very good (as you can see from my older videos). There are plenty of people who’ve reviewed the genuine ones, not sure if anyone’s done a comparison with clones or not.
