I have never cried a tear in the past 30 years, but this is so ugly and sad, it made me cried so hard! So disappointed in Apple and RU-vid! All it is asking is money and chance to increase the revenues of RU-vid, since most users won’t be paying or buying, this is so time wasting and mad! So sad!

For those younger or don’t have a credit card you don’t need to add the payment method, at least not for me. And it did work thank you!

Thank you so much !! Guys I'm crying in the inside with happiness. I was beyond frustrated with this Christmas gift. I've watched so much video and magically THIS showed up !! My daughter's that owned both IPhones & IPad's too try to help and suggest factory setting it 🤦Couldn't find that option either but I didn't give up. The only thing I need to add is from the settings the Payment & Shipping should show not say (None) the method of payment (example) Paypal, or card whichever method was chosen should replace the word NONE, also in the 2nd box under media purchase make sure that is checked so it doesn't say NONE as well. After that I was successfully able to follow the rest of the video instruction. Not sure if it has to do with this IPad Pro 12.9 5th Gen model . I am beyond grateful & can't thank you enough. God Bless !!.

Thanks for giving directions. For me iPad was not able to select state in address details. I had to complete this information on Apple ID site from my Android phone. So it takes an Android to setup Apple ID
