The final verdict for me is; apple cases are not made to last years, certainly in the more recent years. If you accept that, and know that within 6 months to a year, you’ll need to buy another one, than they are pretty good. I have bought the midnight, umber and green colours for my 14PM (Space Black), and the fit is excellent and there’s a nice minimalist appeal. When you compare the textile to competitors (nomad, andar, etc) the leather feel almost seems synthetic. For space black users: all the colours work, however the umber, and midnight work spectacularly well. For silver: I really like the ink colour, as it contrasts nicely with the white and polished stainless. For gold: the green case is the way to go. The combination between the two is gorgeous and probably my favourite pairing. For purple users: Umber works pretty well and midnight, however the orange, imo, has the best look. On the colour spectrum, both colours (purple/orange) compliment each other very nicely.
I actually just went out tonight and bought the storm blue apple silicone case tonight for my deep purple 14 pro. But, figured I’d watch this video anyway because I enjoy your content!
I also have the Deep Purple 14 Pro and I just ordered this Umber case. I own an elderberry silicone case but I miss having a leather case from prior phones.. plus the umber is just so good looking. Nice review!
Good video 👍🏼 Got the ink color Apple leather case for my iPhone 14 Pro and just loving it - in fact I’ve used iPhones more than 12 years, from 4 to 14 Pro but had never bought any Apple cases and this is my first Apple Leather Case, just loving the feel of leather.. Decided over Nomad leather case which is also good but has TPU rubber/plastic sides which is no doubt is protective but I didn’t wanted to have the feeling of holding something plastic rubber. Realized Leather has more of a luxury feeling while holding. Keep making the good videos 👍🏼
Nice quick video! Doesn’t seem like it’s changed in quality from the 12/13’s. Wish they go back to the 11’s and earlier quality. I love this case right out of the box but for it not to get a good patina and the fact it gets grimy and tacky feeling makes it not worth it. I prefer to be able to wipe down my case every night so silicone it is.
