You could sell an amazing phone for $800 that blows $1400 flagship models out of the water without sacrificing the quality of the product. Not to mention ripping CDs. At the time the only other music distributor is to do it yourself. In retrospect it was actually more convenient.

@KNAX_NO4H ROG , XiAOMi are winning gaming and basic user platform. The main income of iPhone still luxury product. And remember Samsung still 50/50 on that part. Camera and soft ware security are not a big deal with android any more. I'm still using Mac for my work but I'm prefer using Zen or Xiaomi phone. I got into Apple with the 6th gen iPad. I loved it so much that a few months later I got the 11 iPad Pro from 2020. Now, I have an iPhone. Because they sold me with the ecosystem and I run a business and having access to my photos, files, and air dropping has been a game changer. I was hardcore Android and anti-iphone. Now, I'm typing this on an iPhone. Haha And I doubt I'll ever go back. I guess I'm stuck the ecosystem, but it's okay I don't need help. I like it here. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

I love the apple ecosystem. The more apple products you have, the better it is. I have an iPhone, iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, and an Apple Watch. I love how seamless it is. I pay for 2TB of iCloud storage because I literally outgrew the lower storage options. That’s how I deep I am into the ecosystem 😂

@KNAX_NO4H They only raised the prices this year to make the gap between the Note20 Ultra ($1300) and S20Ultra ($1400) closer to the ZFOLD2 ($2000). Its a way to show the human brain that it's not that crazy of a change. Plus, they're confirmed lowering the price because they're releasing the ZFold3, ZFlip3, and ZFold Lite, so the prices can be reduced. Also, I have a Note20 Ultra so that kind of worked lmao

For the comparisons section... you forgot about the award winning, long running, infamous "Hi I'm a Mac" ad campaign. Apple would rather not draw outside comparisons, but they will. And they still haven't compared directly to another, they're comparing to the industry - which is growth over the PC comparisons of the past.

I worked in Cupertino Ca. right by Apple and Microsoft in the beginning when they were both neck and neck. Our company took a vote on what systems we wanted to use and most people picked Microsoft. They were brutal to each other and Microsoft almost put apple out of the business. I am glad to see them make fun of Microsoft. The tables have turned.

I thought I was gonna be a Apple phone user in 2022. I thought thank god apple is finally gonna get rid of the notch, I can leave samsung. Then I hear about the dynamic island, i'm like ok let me see what everyone else says about before I buy. Glad I waited, cuz the dynamic island is no different than the notch. I've waited 15yrs for nothing, guess apple will NEVER or can NEVER do a phone without a notch/dynamic island. Guess i'll never be an apple customer...I can only wish to be one.

I wrote my extended essay on Apple Inc. and you are totally right. I would just add that the pressure of having a new iPhone between peers is really more than some people think. I know that you probably talk about consumers that have monthly income, but in my school out of 1k people there is no one having android which is pretty teryffing and I see my friends having new updated iPhones day by day

One thing about iphones...once you're in you dont go out. My Iphone 11 got dead, instead of buying an android, I went back to my 5SE. Got in love with it again and probably wont upgrade anytime soon this is 2022
