Apple Layer Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
100g unsalted butter
1 tbsp sour cream
2 apples
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 egg (for glaze)
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparations:
1-Leave the butter at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften.
2-Grate the apples.
Directions:
1-Whisk the butter until softened.
2-Add 2 eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, and continue whisking until well combined.
3-Stir in the milk and baking powder.
4-Gradually whisk in the flour.
5-In a separate bowl, combine the grated apples and cinnamon powder.
6-Grease a bakeware with vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Sprinkle some flour over it.
7-Spread half of the batter evenly across the bakeware.
8-Add a layer of the apple mixture on top.
9-Roll out the remaining batter on an aluminum foil to the size of the bakeware.
10-Transfer the rolled-out batter over the apple mixture.
Glaze: 11-Combine the plain yogurt and 1 egg, and whisk until fluffy.
12-Preheat the oven to 275ºF (135ºC), and bake the cake for 60 minutes.
