''Back in 1995, when we were busy on our PlayStation 1s and Nintendo 64s..." Nintendo 64, which released in 1996: *He is 4 parallel universes ahead of us*
@@artefloe7676 Jobs always put quality above price and it cost him dearly prior to his success. Even when he left on his hiatus, he built another high end PC at an absurd price and failed. Though, I’ve never heard his take in game consoles so have no idea in that regard.
@@JorihS_ Bro, I'm from india, i searched on google and it says its a link which takes us to the song of rick astley, but where is that seen in mrwhosetheboss' video?

I personally played the Wii U a lot back in the day, so I'm just going to say this: I feel like the Wii U wasn't a bad console, but rather underrated, and overhated. It generally had a great library of games and was fun to use, in my opinion. It makes me think that the people who hate on it have never actually played a Wii U to begin with. Pretty much the only reason it failed was because of the fact that it was poorly marketed, making people think it was a tablet add-on for the original Wii, rather than its own separate console.
$600 was a damn good price for everything that console could do though.. I mean when you compare it to the prices of the Phillips CDI and the Panasonic 3DO.
I bought a wii U, at the time it was a game changer for some kid who only had 1 other console and 2 games for it. (The wii with both Mario galaxy games)
Cursing is a sin, lots of stuff are a sin repent and ask for forgiveness and accept the free gift of eternal life, read the bible and try to go to church IN JESUS NAME AMEN.
The Wii U was one of the best consoles, if not the best Nintendo console, it was a two in one console, you could also use it as a better Wii or play retro games, and don’t get me started on the games on the Wii U

@@secondaccounta320 Well it either that or the yuan, and China is not a team player or transparent. But yeah its dangerous to rely so much in.a single currency.
Honestly I feel like it’s more than that . He’s probably basing his calculations on what the government reports the inflation rate to be . And the reports they give are highly manipulated .

Not to be that guy, but the N64 didn't come out until 1996. I know that has nothing to do with Apple (unless you count Nintendo copying Apple in the mid 2000's) but it's just something that bothered me. Cool video
Speaking of wiiU, I never know it was so unpopular and it kinda makes me sad. I love that thing and it’s one of the reasons why Nintendo is my favorite console
The marketing was bad, and it didn't have anything that made it stand out from the Wii, and with that name everyone thought it was an update to the Wii
Quick fact from a Nintendo Nerd: The Nintendo 64 actually came out in 1996. I knowledge this because Super Mario 64 also came out in 1996 because it was one of the launch titles for the system. Great video btw
Apple in 2000s: "this is not that bad.... well let's price it at $1200" "that's 2 times more than Ps5" "what's Ps5?" "Idk but its surely much better than this shit"
It's for real a trash console. For really less cost you could get a Wii which is basically the same thing but without a trash 480p gamepad who serves nothing
@@collsromeo bro shut up the Wii is the best console ever, and the only reason you care about the quality of the console is because your a fortnite kid, us ogs can play on any FPS or ping
@@moltresplays269 Unless I misread their comment multiple times I don’t really think they said anything about the quality of the Wii, they just said that the Wii U is bad since you can buy a Wii which they see as a better value
@@YD_. I wouldn't doubt if by the time the PS5/XboxSeries is mid cycle, that the arm chips apple is using will outperform the consoles. I mean, the m1 is already more powerful than the switch, and they've sold a bajillion of those. Being the most powerful doesn't mean you get sales. Sales come from a game liberty that people want to play. That's where the focus should be, not on who can push the most frames. Arm is already starting to take over gaming. Sure, right now, it's casual, but as arm quickly catches x86, were gunna see some big things. The only reason I would think apple wouldn't make a console is their overarching need to control _everything._ They would have a hard time on exclusives because devs wouldn't want to have Tim Apple looking over their shoulder, and I don't know if they'd play nice with non-exclusive games.
@@YD_. I'm not even sure that is true. I bet it is nearly as powerful as the switch. Look at how genshin impact looks on an a 2019 ipad . It's perfectly fine. Like I said, power doesn't really matter. The thing holding it back is software. Not hardware. Nintendo has shown time and time again that having hardware that is 2 or 3 generations behind Sony/MS has absolutely no bearing on success. And with apple dev money, there is no reason apple couldn't make a a12 based system work just fine.
