Bonita what a nice quick and tasty recipe share. Wow it looks so pretty the way you laid the apples. Man Raymond is so lucky. He gets to have a sample. Now I need to make this for Graham and I. Oh my gosh, I know so many people have peanut butter allergy's but there are other butters you can use. 5 Nut-Free Alternatives to Peanut Butter Sunflower Seed Butter. The closest spread to peanut butter I've found in terms of flavour and texture is sunflower seed butter. ... Tahini. I love how sesame seeds give this Middle Eastern staple toasty, nutty flavours. ... Cookie Butter. Soynut Butter. ...Coconut Butter. Something you can look at if you like to make this recipe.
