Amazing as always! When you added the salted caramel to the whip cream, was the caramel completely cool? I ask this because the whip cream is cold and can caramel cool completely as well without hardening? thanks

yes.. I let the salted caramel sauce cool at room temperature and then add it to the chilled cream.

yes! Cream 35% fat, but is not whipped. Is the same used to whip.
