I am almost positive that there was no cell phone signal where this happened at. I haven’t heard it discussed in the trial yet but they could not even call 911 for medical treatment for the stabbing victims. They had to send people up or down the river for help. So the father could not call the police for help.

She was up in his face yelling at him. I feel like there could have been some sort of contact, but it wasn't anything that even left evidence. It's possible some of them thought they saw him hit her, but being that inebriated can also influence how you perceive things. Things can seem to be what they're actually not when you're inebriated. The video doesn't show what happened so all there is is the word of a bunch of inebriated young people, who quite frankly act in a manner that shows they think they're invincible and that their actions don't have consequences. Such a crazy case.

Many people were repeatedly telling the defendant to leave after he approached them, got in their personal space, returned having previously left, touched their raft and said nothing the whole time. And after all this attempt to deescalate he punched one woman and stabbed another.

Maybe Nic should have stayed with his own group. Maybe Nic shouldn't have sliced dumb kids with a KNIFE !

@@slaws2279 The drunk assailant was disemboweled due to his violent aggressive behavior. Any person would have defended themselves to the best of their ability in that situation. The defendant didn’t kill anyone. The intoxicated aggressor killed himself via his own behavior. He then bled into the river and inconvenienced countless others. Even in death he was a nuisance. I bet that violent mob will think twice before picking on someone weaker again.

Well.... Lots of changes take place between 16 and 22. So the kids looked a lot younger at 17/18 than 20/21, plus the emotional issues of dealing with witnessing and being involved in death of a friend tends to psychologically and physically affect people. Prosecution probably showed bigger pics of the kids but we can't see all the exhibits.

Also he fully and happily admitted that just the mere ALLEGATION of the man being a “raper” with no children around, nothing going on like that….he said that man “doesn’t belong there” so I guess he’s judge, jury and executioner. In his mind, he believes people are guilty until proven innocent. And until that happens, then his delusions tell him he can put his hands on others while shit faced drunk, and surrounded by other drunks who barely remember what happened and can’t keep their stories straight.
