This a guitar-a microphone for new art show, like a music bands like Beatles before was on tour, now artist with projectors not a speakers and Vision Pro and iPads on stages doing shows! And people enjoy in serenity they family time and talk and eat^ I do show like that!
As much as I love my Apple technology, I won’t be getting a Vision Pro, I don’t see the point in having it, plus I live in Australia, one of the priciest countries in the world, if it’s around $3000 in America, here it will be well over 5000, so not worth it for me lol. And also I’m blind, so I really don’t think it would be very easy to navigate either
I’m actually surprised Aaron is one of the few tech reviewers to be able to get his hand on it (pre-ordered). I bet he’s really happy about finally having this Vision Pro and testing out the device for us viewers to watch. Congratulations on the Vision Pro!
You always rock with your unboxing/first impression videos of tech, Aaron! I truly wish I could go buy one of these to experience it. Seems absolutely awesome and futuristic. Very impressed for a 1st gen product too.
For the tech in that thing, it's priced pretty well, actually. I mean, I can't afford it, but for all those displays, cameras, insanely fast and powerful processors, R&D, etc., it's not ridiculous.@@aminah761
And for the next hour Aaron went around pinching his family members. On a serious note excellent unboxing Aaron. Looking forward to future Vision Pro videos.
The most compelling thing about this thing it’s it being an extension to my computer. Not sure why this wouldn’t be better to have it just connect to your existing devices as an extension, instead of it being its own computer with lacking software. Vision OS is based on iOS, so you could just connect it to your iPhone for on the couch use, and then have it connect to your laptop/desktop when you want to do work. I don’t think it would take too much of the price, maybe $500 tops as the sensors, cameras and screen is probably the bulk of the cost, especially if they aren’t manufacturing a lot of these for now. But would definitely help with the weight.
Apple Vision Pro is definitely something that I’m interested in. I definitely can’t wait to go look at one at my local store hopefully hope to see more Vision Pro videos in the future Aaron especially visionOS software updates. Love your videos keep up the great work.
Hey Aaron I just want to say ur content is awesome and really informative you are literally the only tech RU-vidr I watch for updates on products and software and hardware. Keep up the great work man and cant wait to see more videos :)
Fantastic video Aaron I’ve been looking forward to this video. Do you know if you can wear it while the software is updating or does it have you taken it off?
I was hoping you were doing this. Going to try on at Apple Store. I want Spatial Computing to become something you don't need all that weight on your face for.
I’ve used the quest 3 for a few months now and AVP is just a bit heavier-but I was still able to use it for an hour straight with no real fatigue. Also the FOV seems better even though it’s not?? Maybe I was using the quest farther from my eyes, but I can see more top and bottom in AVP There is a bit of motion blur on the real world when you turn your head, but not a huge deal. You forget about it pretty quickly And I took a spatial video of my dog and boy oh boy I am happy with it. It’s really great and in the headset there’s like no difference between the immersive video and the passthrough quality
Hey Aaron, great video as always! I was wondering if you could go over the accessibility options in a future video? I'm physically disabled and am curious as to whether there are alternate input methods, especially for menu scrolling. Thanks!
When connected to a mac the many elements like the letters and especially the menu bar seem to be too small to read. Is this because we watch the screen recording and they are actually bigger? I hope so because this seem so unreadable
Zollotech when you run out of use cases to try on Apple Vision Pro I have one for you to try. I have a mobility disability. I cannot move anything below my shoulders. I operate my iPhone, iPad, and Mac completely hands-free by voice using Apple's accessibility feature Voice Control. Apple Vision Pro has the same feature. I'm wondering if Voice Control is complete enough for Apple Vision Pro it can be used to control Apple Vision Pro completely by voice. Cheers.
I'm planning to use it as serious environment, so I wonder we can utilize SSH client like termius or remote desktop apps other than default virtual display function.
I don't know if you will be able to read this comment but hopefully you will You see i use ipad mini 6 (17.3) When i game specifically Codm i usually do streaming or just normal screen recording I noticed a bug that's never been fixed since i got the ipad So what happens is when am screen recording while using a Bluetooth headset for audio The sound is muffed in when i turn Microphone on Then the sound is normal when i turn off the microphone If there's any solution to fix this issue or a setting that i might be missing please help me out by letting me know🙏🏾 Apart from that i love your Content..vert good insights on apple devices 🔥🔥
You are the best video I have ever seen so far and have always been finding like that. You review very detail and just say what you need to say as well as very technical pov rather than lame emotion like “wow yayy” like iJustine.
Aaron, when you went to unlock your iPhone did it recognize your eyes with the headset on on or did it assume you were setting it up because of back office communications and skipped the security? I’m just curious because seems like somebody with one of these devices (or something that is spoofing the back office communication) could possibly unlock any device just by simulating initial start up a new owner. Translation: mimic the headset and could you unlock any iPhone on any account because it assumes it’s the owner of the new headset. Can you confirm the authentication that was going on there? You could’ve edited out the part where you tapped in your ID but I thought I’d ask. 11:23
Aron how did you show us what you see infront of your eyes inside Vision Pro ??? We cannot record through camera right when you put on Vision Pro all are covered from all sides how is that possible to show ??? What you see inside the lens ??
@@zollotech Oo great that option also there on Vision Pro wow I am from India Aron I follow your videos every day I have 1 request if possible for iPhone how to explore it in good and nice way do some videos please as I use iPhone only
Aaron, I’d like to know is there any accessibility features maybe some voiceover but yes if it’s in Accessibility features please mention them in your review video. Thank you I appreciate that. 2:47 3:02 3:37
I’m loving my AVP; however, I have 2 issues: #1: It seems Apple has not made provisions for iPad/iPhone access using FaceID when wearing an AVP. The best I get is remove the obstacle on my face. It seems development/testing would have caught that. #2: To this point, I have not been able to connect [Bluetooth] to either my iPad Pro or Mac Mini M2. Somewhere I read the MacBooks are connection with the AVP is supported, but not Mac Mini. Have you experienced either or have a solution or workaround. I’ve used my Magic Keyboard, but had to disconnected it from my iPad and then BT connect it to my AVP-wish I could then hide the virtual keyboard. Thanks!
I have connected my Mac Mini-Settings, General, Remote Devices. After that the MM M2 screen displays, then it can be seen under Bluetooth-will not connect otherwise.
Hi, nobody talk about it for VisionPro but if you connect your Mac to VP I know you can't see your second physical monitor but is Mission Control working ? Can you create and see multiple virtuel Desktop in VisionPro ?
The iPad mini or any iPad or Apple device can use any of Apple’s chargers, but it will not charge at 65 W. It’s still limited to about 28 on the iPhone and iPad.
Hey Aaron, I noticed that you have the updated X app icon in your dock on the mac. how did you get that? the only twitter app i could find on the app store is the one from a year ago with the old twitter icon. As far as your vision pro demo. Very nice and well done :)
i also want to knonw about that. as someone said AVP only can show virutal desktop on macbook. but seems it also support for mac studio with Pro Display XDR right?
$3600 is without a doubt a waste of money but the fact that Apple is getting in this space is good for everyone. My meta quest 3 is perfectly priced as we are not in a society yet where we’re all using headsets
5:57 Of course Apple had to come up with a whole new port, just for this. If it had been a regular Lightning cable, you could have used a Lightning to USB-C adapter, and plugged directly into a bigger battery. ...of course, I'm sure they thought of that. I'm not sure why it needs all of those extra pins, I doubt there is that much communication happening with the battery pack, and it's only drawing 15w max, so it's not like it needed extra power carrying capacity.
It needs more power. The old Lightning connector can only provide 12w of power. The VP can charge at up to 60w. RU-vid's MaxTech were powering it at 60w.
@@white.lodge.dale.cooper We're not talking about how fast it can "charge." (It shipped with a 30w adapter, btw.). Charging does NOT go through that power cord, the power cord is only there to power the unit, the charge goes directly into the pack. But Apple's "bad" battery life example was two hours, the battery pack is a 30Wh pack, 30Wh / 2 = 15w. Also, Lightning rating is 18w, not 12w. Remember, this powered a number of pretty big iPads.
Seems like a lot of money to look at immersive pictures. Maybe if you could watch a football game from the coaches perspective or the QBs or the umpire in a baseball game but it’s gonna have to come down substantially before it’s at my price point
