I had a 38mm original Apple Watch bought for me as a Christmas present two years ago. I loved it. However, I recently upgraded and decided to go for the 42mm series 3. I absolutely adore it and couldn’t go back to the smaller size now. I recently upgraded my iPhone too. I got the iPhone 8 Plus. Bigger is definitely better I think!

I have the 42mm at times I feel it uncomfortable but love it as long as I don’t wear sleeves that are too thick it fits well

2Peaches23 Boyd I have a small wrist too and I bought the 42 mm. I use it mainly for running when I need to quickly read my watch. It’s especially useful if I need to text something. I have small fingers but its easier to hit a key when in motion. Also the battery does last longer.

I would love the bigger screen, but I have teeny tiny wrists, I use almost the smallest notch on the small-medium band!! The 38mm comes right across my whole wrist, the 42mm would be bigger than my wrist 😭😆

Great video and sense of humor! I'm trying to decide between the 38mm and 42mm and wondered if the majority of women are choosing the smaller size. I tried on both sizes and the 38 fit nicer as the 42 looked too big. It would be nice to have the extra real estate but was hoping to know which size most women prefer.

so, i have been bugging my mom forever to get an apple watch for so long (too young to online shop of course :( ) and i was debating between the 38 mm and the 42 mm, this video really helped me figure out which one i wanted and i have a really skinny wrist and small fingers, so i think i am going to go with the 38 mm. thanks for another great video!!!

I had the 42mm stainless steel series 0 first for a week. I have small wrist, and it was too big.. had to return it and switch to a 38mm Still using it today and the series 0 is still going strong! I love the size 🙌🏼

actually i ordered the 42mm apple watch thinking it was gonna be a large screen, but it’s actually not. i love the size and i also have small wrists. i figured the 38 mm will be too small. which seeing my 42 mm apple watch, can only imagine how small a 38mm would look. but regardless , get the one that fits ur wrists!!🙂🙂

I’ve always liked small tech. So I went with the 38mm. Works perfect for me seeing how I have small wrist. A lot of people ask me if I have a difficult time texting on it However I always use Siri, which I think personally is the #1 best feature on the series 3 model. Can’t wait for the next Watch OS and see what positive changes there might be to the software. Only downside to Apple Watch overall is a decent web view app and a upgrade to apps such as Instagram. Love this product and great channel!

I have small wrists & small hands so watches within the range of 38mm - 40 mm are a perfect fit for me. I have the Nike+ GPS Space Gray 38mm and it’s great for me.

I’d go for the larger screen size. I have the larger size and my wrists are rather small.

I have small wrists I just got the 40mil S4 I don’t know if the bigger one would be better there’s none in stock at EE(T-Mob) delivery within 21 days. I don’t know what to do I’ve h it 8 days so if am returning I gotta decide within the next 6 days for the return to be accepted you only get 14 days in the phone shop I don’t know what to do 🤪

Hello :) I am not considering to get an Apple Watch. However I am wondering if I would be able to find something cheaper, with similar features but with bigger battery life...? Any ideas?

I think the Apple Watch is one of the best (if not the best) smart watch on the market, so I wouldn't be able to offer any alternatives right now. You could get an earlier generation for an affordable price, however!

Are the bands the same size. Or we should buy for 42 exact 42?

You will need to make sure you purchase the right band size for your Apple Watch. 38mm bands will not fit the 42mm Apple Watches.

I want to get the 42mm but I'm petite only 5' tall and my wrist is only 5" in diameter (aka 127mm) So which one should I get?

Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier. Yup I got mine in May. It's 38mm fits me just nice. My wrist is 5 inches in diameter and I'm using the 3rd last hole. I think 42mm would look me on me wrist.

PinkPower4 the 42mm has two bands S and M/L so don’t worry about the band size.

I once saw 38 in and 42 in a store. 38 is quite small.
