its fixed already by a software update bro. if there is an issue apple will always fix it by providing a software update within couple of weeks.

with GPS we need to have the phone nearby to make and receive calls bro. if its cellular we can make calls without the need to have the phone nearby.

by default watchOS takes somewhere around 4 GB or little more. Stock Apps and other apps do consume some space. rest of the storage is for app installation and content streaming purposes. it stores temporary data when we stream music via apple watch.
