I was too! It didn’t feel natural it felt bulky and kinda painful so I was going to switch to the larger band because I had the small on and tried putting it on the way I was before and it wouldn’t latch 😂
This is very interesting. I've never thought about this before! I've been using the smaller strap just like you for the Nike Sport band and after taking out the M/L sized band, I realized that the larger band seems to be softer than the smaller band for some reason, which enhances the comfort. Using a larger strap also means having more holes, allowing more fine grain control over the adjustment. Nice find!
Thanks for the tip! I just bought my Apple Watch 7 and was concerned about this. I had the strap on incorrectly and used the smaller size. Now with the larger size and wearing it correctly it does feel more secure.
sports band size small fits perfectly for my skinny wrists (own a series’s 5 44Mm). The milenese loop came with my stainless steel watch and i usually wear that when i go out somewhere nice since the band becomes loose over time and gets annoying
Tried this there was just too much excess watch strap under my wrist bone also made the band sit funny with the band under it. I found that odd since I wear mine on the same hole as you do.
looks like we have the same size wrist! I was just wondering which strap i should be using and thanks to you, I'll be using the M/L one so that it stays more secure on my wrist! Thanks!
Before this my apple watch missing. I think because i wear it wrong & i lose it. Now i bought a new one. Thankful i found this video. Make me more secure wearing new apple watch.
Thank for the video now I know to get the large strap to fit my large wrist and br safe. I have the super drive sitting in the same way as you I think it look as if it part of iMac and not a add on!
wtf? i’ve been wearing my apple watch for 1 year only to find out that i’m wearing the strap wrong 😂 i thought that the excess/end tail of the strap should be hanging outside, when it should be kept inside hahahahaha! thank yoooou! been a fool
My Series 6 popped off my wrist (wearing the small band on the 2nd hole) and scratched the screen. Not even a month old. I wish I had seen this video sooner.
There’s a magnet on the strap where you enter it into the watch. (3 dashes one is silver ) where the (size is located) but mine isn’t clicking anymore. Did I have it on wrong the whole time. I need it where the strap enters the hole from the bottom.
Apple is trying to set us up with genius strategy by Providing us with Small band 😂High chances of dropping and breaking the watch with small band hence Buy another watch
