waykool698 Bad thing is that many stones, regular sand, your house wall, bricks, concrete etc. is the same as sanding paper or contains very hard materials in it. Therefore in real life situations you will scratch it very easily. This ion glass bs is just rebranding by apple of so called mineral glass very well known in watch industry. And it scratches slowly and steadily. Sapphire glass doesn't, I have been wearing swiss watch for over 5 years daily and there is not even a microscopic scratch, yet the steel case and band is highly scratched which I think adds charm to my watch as long as there is no scratch on the glass.

Martin R I have to disagree with you, having watch is much more convenient than taking out your phone out of the pocket every time and they add style to a gentlemen. Ofcourse I am not talking about this apple crap which is made out of shitty materials and looks disgusting.

Unbox Therapy That's not fucking steel wool in any capacity. "Green Steel Wool" only comes up with a few images of that because other people are just as foolish as you. If you google "Scotch Brite Pad", which is exactly what that is, you get INFINITLY MORE IMAGES OF EXACTLY THAT, along with the official listings and tons of stores selling exactly what you showed in the video. They are not made of steel AT ALL, they make no reference to "steel" AT ALL, and they are specifically made to be abrasive against caked on food but not enough to damage pans, dishes, and glasses. Steel wool is very clearly metallic, leaves fragments of metal all over, and is extremely abrasive on a very fine level as to leave tons of extremely small scratches and thus a surface that feels smooth to the touch but not glossy.

P.S. I noticed all the grief people are giving you for calling the green pad in the video steel wool. I just took your word for it. But turns out you were right -- it's better to google "synthetic steel wool" though. It gets more hits -- most of them being made by 3M. They even sell them in 1, 0, 00, 000, and 0000 grades--just like steel wool. I don't know how similar this is to a scotch-brite pad is though. All the same, I hope give a scotch-brite pad a try some time.

That's pretty funny because an actual watch that I owned which was about $300+ fell out of my pocket while at the gym and shattered the glass on it, so I'm guessing that's the kind of test lew will use.
