My best friend and I had a food truck business for several years. It was hot but a lot of fun. We served hamburgers, hot dogs and French fries. Went to all sorts of events. So much fun.

As a RU-vidr beginner, Yuka-chan you made some very good videos. It's interesting and also gives me a peaceful feeling. The English sub is also very good 🥰 I initially thought the knife may be too big and heavy for peeling the apples. I usually pick a smaller one when dealing with small size fruit... But you did manage the big knife effectively. Really talented

A smaller knife is what I've always used and seen other people use. It makes it easier to control the knife in my experience.

The knife that you used was way too big. Either get a peeler or a smaller knife. Then you won't be so fatigued. I love watching your videos. You always seem so happy.

It's nice to see you in your own video Yuka, i have seen you in the rickshaw videos. You seem very at ease and natural at presenting for your first time and the videos and your voice are very relaxing. We use much smaller knives in the UK to peel or cut fruit which makes it easier, but you did a good job with the big knife and the cake you made looked very tasty.

My wife uses lemon to keep her cut up apples and other fruits from browning. It works well. Fun to see you trying to learn new skills to improve your life. I loved my mother-in-laws apple pies unfortunately she did not share her recipe before she passed on. It wasnt super sweet.

Greetings from North Carolina, USA. I enjoyed your adventure with the apples! I have a suggestion: next time, choose a smaller knife. A paring knife is much smaller and much less dangerous! Also, gently pull the sharp edge of the knife towards you while slowly rotating the apple away from you!

If you don't have a peeler, I recommend you use a smaller knife, like a paring knife. Good luck.

Yuka chan, you need to use a paring knife. If you have a set of kitchen (chef) knives; it will be the smallest, at about six inches long. Your hand probably wouldn't get tired then and you could peel a lot more apples. If you intend to do this commercially, then I would recommend an apple peeler/corer device.

Congrats to more knife comfort! I'm one of the people scared you were going to cut yourself but you did a great job regardless. I think you just need to get comfortable enough with holding the knife so you can be more comfortable holding it in different ways. My only explicit tip is to always cut away from your body, the sharp end should always be aimed away from you. That and watch where your fingers from the non-knife hand are. Good luck on the continued cooking and womanhood journey!

I can't cook to save my life and I have little experience peeling apples, however I do know a thing or two about knives and blades. As a general rule, I would suggest keeping the edge away from your fingers and peeling from the inside towards the outside. Also, that knife might have been a little too long and hefty for the task at hand but you managed quite all right and your cake looked really delicious. 優花さんの日本語 is crystal-clear but just like last time, I replayed the video with 英語 subs, outstanding work. Such a treat, really. Regardless of the subject, subtitles like these make your content ideal for language practice. At 6:25, you talked about music. I reckon it wouldn't have been a bad idea to have some chill piano-jazz or some cool low-fi beat playing in the back. Either way, great work on the editing / shooting. As always, 優花さん looks lovely, especially in that red Minnie Mouse apron with white polka dots : 可愛い level 9999. I had no idea 優花さん dreamed about opening a kitchen car. Should that friend be ななさん, I think you ladies could / would become the most popular combo in 浅草 in no time at all. During summer, there are lots of food and ice trucks between 西参道 and 花屋敷, cooking treats, spreading good vibes and putting smiles on people's faces. It would interesting to shoot a video about those and hear more about 優花さん's appeal for them. In the meanwhile, a visit at 待乳山聖天 or 牛嶋神社 would be cool.
