Appleton perform the third and final single from their debut album "Everything's eventual". "Everything eventually" was released on the 14th of July 2003 and peaked at #38 in the UK singles chart.
Nice enough album fodder. But how did anything ever think this would be a hit single? The album actually had a few tracks that might have made more of an impact.
@jack Jackson3 I agree that was exactly what I was thinking, the lyrics sound like they’re written by a 5 year old! And the song sounds like something being played at the Disney channel it was cheesy and gimmicky as hell the music video was even more of a pepper 🫑 spray to the eyes 👀 both the song and music video was basically Justin Bieber’s “Baby.” Before it existed the only good differences between these three Canadians was that these sisters voices were definitely much better than Justin. These sisters highest charting songs was much better although it was way too similar to other songs out there and their voices were not particularly remarkable or memorable along with the song (something that these women had always been heavily criticised for both times when they’re in All saints and when formed their own group they still heavily criticised till this day over this issue.) but their highest charting song was undoubtedly one of their (or if not.) best work.
