I think there is no entrance exam particularly for scholarship as I got to know from different videos............you get scholarship based on your grades , GRE score(if you have to give that) and your financial status
First you will have to pass GRE and Tofel exam. There is no exam and if you have good grades and some research experience then you might get fully funded Master scholarship at KSU, Cornell and UC Davis etc.

Go to the University website -> Department of your choice -> Faculty. There you can find all the information about professors in that department and also about their research interests.
