Very good letter writing guide. As far as English any one could improve their handwriting easy way. Pick a good English News paper. Start writing over the headings of Capital letters and also small letters which are in big size fond. Also read the news paper lauder. Don't worry for the news but pay attention to the words and spelling. Also if you read the Editorial column regularly you will notice your reading speed and command over the words and grammar automatically give you good support. Today all banks display their branch name and number with IFSC code near the entrance boldly visible to all. Click a picture of it and use it when you visit your previous branch to show them for easy identification of new branch.

If I am not wrong, I detected two omissions. Your signature should come below your ending note "Yours sincerely" followed by your name below signature in the bracket. A gap is desirable between your address portion and signature or otherwise your ending words (Yours sincerely) together your signature can be moved to right side rather than left side. Below your address date of your letter should invariably find it's place.
No comma is used after To in the heading. The full address of the bank is not given. The date is not written in the heading as it is written.'Yours sincerely' should be written on the right side,and just below it writer's signature should be put and then the mobile number is to be given. On the left side at the end of the letter the writer's address and below it the date of writing should be written.
