I am now confused how to trabsfer my nclex from alberta to Niva Scotia and i am now aware there is a massive back logged with the expedited CL application system....

Do we need to take NCLEX and IELTS? 2. the nova scotia registration/license verification form, should my school or should the Licensing body which is the PRC (Philippine Regulatory Commission) be filling the Section A and Section B? 3. I downloaded the nova scotia registration/license verification form, Should I'd be filling the Section A in hand written by myself or should I let my school or Licensing body (Philippine Regulatory Commission) do the filling since they will be answering the Section B? 4.Im done with my Online Registration payment , Should I proceed to Criminal Record Check (CRC) or should I wait first for the NSCN to confirm my application?
