Great Trick Rick! Like that idea of putting a measure as conditional formatting in top of another measure. I will try this at work today. Thanks for posting. And yes, post some more Powerquery and DAX tricks. This was extremely useful. Happy new Year!
This was an actual case my client had. After knowing this you can get very creative. And I will keep posting stuff Jazz, I have some more ideas in mind, will be posted soon! 🚀
Hello! Is there a way to conditional formatting a column inside a matrix that comes from an unpivot column, I try this rule but it doesn't work properly: Rule = IF(MAX('Backlogs list testing'[Month])="06 June OA vs Actuals",0 I need to apply the conditional formatting to just one column. Thanks in advance.
Some visuals don't support it im afraid. The visual will show the options when it's available. Who knows they may support it in the future! Cheers Rick
Hello , thank you for your efforts, please I have a question about tables ..can I make condition date formula or some rules in order to change the rows color in terms of what I want ? is there any way to cotrole the row color by condition date ? i know that you can change the row color but not by a condition that you made. for example if date A < date B make the row in red color etc ... thank you for your help
I believe it's possible. The logic should be in the measure. So you can Base the conditional formatting on the measure. Do you have a sample file to work with?
