I applied in DE, was denied, went to court and lost. My lawyer did nothing. She said nothing, she didn't do a thing. The judgment said that although I was a RN for 25 years, the "case worker" determined that I could still "obtain work as a THEATER USHER, because I can still walk 100 ft with a cane". I KID YOU NOT. My lawyer said NOT to fight it, but to FILE ALL OVER AGAIN! Now, I just read, although I worked since I was 15 years old, 1978 until I was 53, 2015. Because she told me to wait and refile, my SS Statement for 2021 says I NOW DON'T HAVE ENOUGH "POINTS" IN THE LAST 10 YEARS TO QUALIFY FOR SSDI"!!!! WTH??? I'M FURIOUS.

I was approved. For disability. Took 4 years. 2. Denials finally a judge. Approved I did it by myself. The lady told me. It would take me months to be paid retroactive
