I had the privilege of working with Free Geek through these process improvements. Having a team with the basics of lean fundamentals and a shared commitment to improving impacts made us more effective and agile when the pandemic crisis hit. I am now starting some of the courses that were noted here and look forward to reinforcing and leveling up my skills and tools.
