Apps installed But Not Showing on Home Screen iPhone iOS 18 

If apps are installed on your iPhone but not showing on the Home Screen,
Click on search icon at bottom of home screen page, Type in the search bar to find the name of the app. Once found, you can press and hold the app's icon to add it to your home screen.
