Joe, thank you for providing such a great and comprehensive explanation. This video has been extremely helpful to me, and I hope it will be beneficial to others as well. Once again, thank you.
hi joe, thank you for your previous videos i already adopted it. but i had little different result.. i would say that the second column filter "payment type" show after i select the "cashier" item, and if i clear the "cashier" item, the "payment type" column is gone or hidden. could you tell me where is my mistake? i adopted the slice same as yours ( not the user_settings ), and setup the column type and the valid if same as yours. and also can we make the filter standalone per column? i mean, if i want just to see the result from column "payment type" without select the cashier first?? because i have "total cash bank" column, lets say i want to see the filter result cash or bank only without to know the cashier, can we do that??
You can make the selection as a form type and show the results below using reference row virtual column. Then if the user save it will produce a pdf report base on user selection
I have a doubt, I'm the boss, I should see everyone's reports, tasks, works, inventory etc but employees should only see the stuff they are allowed to. What to do in this situation? How to make an app like this
