Today we are back to South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island for the first time since Hurrican Ian. Like many loyal guests, we were anxious to see how the resort had changed since the devastation of Hurricane Ian.
We arrived by boat and stayed in the marina the duration of our stay, so we will give you a "walking tour" of the resort and the different amenities that are currently open. We toured sunset beach, the main event lawn, the marina, and the bayview pool complex.
Hopefully this gives anyone interested in visiting South Seas soon an idea of what to expect, and others can get a glimpse at all of the progress and changes that have been made so far!
We hope you enjoy one of our favorite resorts in Southwest Florida, and we can't wait to go back when the resort is full restored!
