Electric costs will be a concern... Solar is not currently in the budget anymore. Too many other expenses. I don't run on the Treadmill.. just walk fast to eliminate any stress on my knees.

Shalom y'all ? haha you made me laugh.. All I can say about costs at this time is whatever you think it will cost by checking other peoples builds.. and at least 50% more. Reliable builders will give you nice walls, a roof, maybe nice flooring and that it. Everything else is an upgrade for which you will pay 80% of. Kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, nice tile, you name it. My build cost about 100% more then the initial contract (not including the wall/fence at P1.1M, You can do it yourself if you get the plans drawn up by a legitimate architect, get the right foreman (most important) and have general knowledge of how to build in the Philippines. You most be there every day regardless of how you decide to build (Not negotiable). I have a video on dealing with a builder somewhere on the channel. Yeah.. didn't want a pool. Too much expense and upkeep.

All inclusive total including 20,000P deposit to electric company was 368,900P. Off grid including batteries would be closer to 1 million. I need to save some money to get a 10Kw solar system @ 500,000P without batteries.
