Tip: it's target is based off of who's tank is the loudest, such as shooting or driving, so basically if your the loudest in the circle, it's a guarantee your gonna get snuggled

I've been playing this gamemode adamantly chasing the worm trying to get eaten. The only time I've even managed to see it up close was in my first match and never again 😂

Snuggles Cant catch you when you in Point B because the floor is made out of concrete it will only move when someone makes noice on the sand floor (oh btw the D-OTR gets ammo racked it will make an nuclear explosion) :)

I wish they would added some kind of "Death Star" like super-laser as a nuke replacement, or a plama-bomb (...something like that).

I'm trying to figure out how this is testing a sound tracking attack system, but I can't think of a reason for them to do that. Maybe they just decided to do something fun once more? You and the others certainly seemed to be having fun in any case. :D

I get the feeling that 1st of April is when War Thunder test new things that can come to the game and they do it in a fun way to get many to test the concept, this time I see the potential for dynamic strategic maps, maybe with front lines, in that way there can be a game mode where you shall take a town by holding it so the team need to be in the town or an area rather than go try to spawn kill Like the circle track where the user is and that indicate the front, when you come closer to an enemy the circle will be smaller and where the circles intersect there is the frontline, if a single individual pass over this front line they will have a smaller circle that will grow if a any in the team is getting closer; in that way spawn killers and out of bound players had been a bad strategy that give less points. But it can also be a test for target tracking where one player can track a tank and another then can use an air to ground missile to strike a target.

Day 1 and he's already released a video, on that grind. I love this game mode cause even with 200 hours I'm still only 5.0br

This game mode is a throwback to the old Dune 2 and Dune 2000 rts games.

I've played this event and it's quite fun. As with everything it's a tad P2W in some regards and all the new drops for the new crate vehicle wise are dumb rare so expect to get consumables or random wagers. As for snuggles? You see that red circle getting smaller around you? STOP moving and STOP shooting as its attracted to noise. The faster you go and the amount of shots you fire determine whether you get snuggled.

To be fair that april fools gamemode brought me back to War Thunder. I think it's really fun!

I'd been trying to work out what Snuggles reminded me of and Bo just said it: the worms from the film Tremors. It really is like those worms from Tremors, they're attracted by sound, can travel through the ground, but can't make it through hard surfaces like rock.
