Book 2 and on are definitely more action packed. Most people prefer book 1 or the rest of the series

Hey, I’ve thought of reading Dawn of onyx but I heard it has some spice. How much spice is in it? I am ok with 1-2 out of 5 for spice but that’s it! I read throne of glass so if it’s like that or less I’ll be ok.
