That camouflage hookup Pac rocked in Above The Rim is LEGENDARY. When that movie first came out, that hookup, especially with Timbs and the bandana made me say Whoa. Pac KILLED it in that hookup.

Damn, we the same age, I thought N.o.r.e. was older. Its a trip, I grew up in central MN and finding Tupac's music when I was a kid literally saved my life. I knew the second I heard him that he was different, and i'm a thousand miles away. We rocked walker wear, Kani, and a lot of that. Brings back good memories. It was a better time then and I am glad I grew up in a time that shit was real and meant something. I grew up in the time of Tupac. Nothing, and I mean nothing in my life has brought me more pleasure, more peace, and more hope than listening to Pac. I still listen to him every day, no exception, and will til my last. Had he had more time, the world as we know it looks different. I have always known that and still feel it almost more than I did than. It tears at my soul how things happened. If I could, I'd go back and take those shots for him, no hesitation. He would have done more with another day than I could hope to do in a lifetime. I love you guys, the culture of hip hop, and just the good old days.

Real talk I grew up with April Walker. My family was her next door Neighbors..I know her sisters mom and pops. This is all in the 70s..I moved from Clinton Hill into Bed sty in the late 7Os. I used to buy and wear Walker wear in the 90s not realizing she was the designer.. I ran into her later on at the African Street Festival at Boys n Girls high. Gave her love…I wonder if she remembers me lol
