RSV hat schon immer einen geilen Sound egal was für ein Baujahr, klingt wie ein Flugzeug beim Start mit power was ein Bikerherz um einiges höher schlagen lässt!
@@astifcaulkinyeras it's actually a lot more effective to just bang down 2-4 gears and let off the clutch slowly, especially on the Rsv4 with its pure racing derived engine brake. You slow down way quicker while being able to hold the front brake strong and steady also having less trouble with the rear coming up due to the deceleration on the back wheel ;)
@@matth8924 as a mechanic I can confirm to you that that is a complete hoax, in fact there's more wear if you blib the throttle yourself because barely ever you're going to match engine and transmission speed perfectly giving the clutch and transmission a slight rip everytime. The viscosity of the oil does most of the part before the clutch is even fully released (or rather compressed actually) and with a slipper clutch its even less bad because it sorta disconnects the clutch basket off the transmission input shaft. The gears and chain themself don't experience any further stress than just letting off the gas at e.g. 10k rpm and since your braking anyway using the front brake without having to blib the throttle causing a less steady braking period the parts aren't teared on very hard in the opposite driving direction. Plus it's the way more effective way to slow down and pull the bike into the corner. Maybe this cleared some things up for you bud, ride safe
Did you have to reprogram the ECU? I have been told at the dealership that there could be a problem with mix of air/fuel if you run a shortie pipe like the SC. Have you had any issues?
Yeah, got a legal (stock) exhaust on my Tuono V4 Factory and will get a fine in Austria. And all because they dont take idiots revbombing in villages without db-killer of the streets.
@@abcdeabcde3051 my Aprilia Factory is also road legal but can't go to Tirol for the same reason. It's a small minority among motorcycle riders, but I'd like to punch them in the face for this.
@@Csirkefoga go to the Pyrenees ;););) Spana is more cool for rider, 1000 kms this summer with my dragster with QD exhaust without DB-killer, no problem ! Olééééééééééé ;)
U don't have to make that decision based on speed or "aggression", you can still tune the bikes too ofc like ecu flash etc. Stock the V4 should be a little more powerful but especially the sound is awesome, nothing beats this... If i'd buy a kawasaki I'd rather go for an H2, but this RSV4 is better in the way that it's ligher and better as a supersport bike, H2 is too heavy and is more like if you wanna get 300hp or so out of your bike, which you obviously don't need.. Panigale V4 especially that racing version would be faster too, since it's very light & powerful but really even their sound doesn't come close to the Aprilia V4, this is my dreambike ❤
